Detailed study of customer work scope and identify the expendables, consumables, tools etc. based on current revision of MPD, EO/SB and OEM manuals. Preload necessary expendables, consumables and tools based on MPD, EO/SB. Prepare a suitable workflow chart/Gantt chart for the aircrafts inducting for base checks in accordance with agreed TAT. Raising and follow up of purchase requests as per forecasted requirement and shortfalls. Track the NRC raised during the base checks and identify the requirements for rectification action in coordination with maintenance team. Prepare and share the NRC tracking list to customer with availability status and conduct NRC discussion meeting with customer to get the necessary approval. Ensure Over and Above Man hours and Material Billing is closed prior to aircraft release. Prepare Engineering Instructions to perform SB/AD and other miscellaneous task as necessary. Prepare the Manpower planning for the base check aircrafts. Issuing component work order for shop activity and monitoring work status on daily basis (Structure Shop) Prepare the preload lists Prior to aircraft induction. Develop meeting forms for aircraft resource planning sessions. Obtain full MPD scope approval specifically for A320 aircraft maintenance.
