As a part of ServiceNow support team, for one of the projects Iam working on modules incident management, request management and configuration management in ServiceNow. I have achieved 100% compliance on SLA’s by meeting customer requirements. Iam also working on location database management through SQL scripts and have experience with integrations that are supported by the client.For the secondary projects Iam working as ServiceNow developer where I have worked on end to end catalog items development, forms modifications and report customization. I have also trained with ServiceNow manual testing for another project that is in loop.
