My responsibilities include purchase order management, vendor coordination, order tracking, shipment follow-ups, and resolving procurement-related challenges to ensure seamless supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Purchasing:Issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers and ensure timely confirmations.Follow up with suppliers for on-time material dispatch and resolve delays.Monitor open purchase orders and shortage reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Work closely with internal teams and vendors to handle purchase order modifications.Ensure prompt supplier payments by addressing invoice discrepancies and coordinating with finance teams.Generate customized procurement reports for process analysis and improvements.Order Management (Supporting Asia 812 & Europe 904 Sites):Process and create sales orders, which generate corresponding purchase orders sent to suppliers.Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to track delivery status and update system confirmations (CDD & PDD).Review and manage open sales orders, ensuring on-time shipments to customers.Maintain and update FSP files and PO books, ensuring accurate records for customers.Collaborate with the Classification Team to update export control codes (ECCN) and product classifications.
