My duties and responsibilities as an HR Operations Manager at Nasser Overseas Consultant are given below: Preparing contracts: Studying the clients requirements, preparing contracts and its annexure based on the clients requirement, safeguarding the interest of the company and employees. Preparing labor contracts in Qiwa, Gosi and Mudad considering the KSA Labor law, clients requirements and company’s policy. Client Interaction: Working on clients day to day queries on the employees, responding to client emails and feedbacks. Data Management: Managing employee data from the time employee enters kingdom or transfers to our sponsorship till the time he leaves the company. Feeding the employee data in to ERP software for future reporting and compliance. Maintaining a file for each employee in order to meet compliance. Payroll: Coordinating with client for the payroll data of the employees. Once the data is acquired, prepare timesheets and send to respective clients for their approval. Preparing wage file to release the salaries of the employees through bank. Invoice: Generate invoices for Renewal of Residence, transfer of sponsorship and payroll. Send the invoices to the clients. Follow up for payments. Employee Engagement/ Labor disputes: Facilitating employee engagement programs to help them develop skills and grow in the organization. Arrange feedback sessions with the employees to understand their concerns related to work and help them resolve their issues. Attend to labor disputes and resolve it. Business Development: Look for clients with manpower requirements and approach them for new business. Connect with the existing clients to get their new manpower requirements. Project Reports: Prepare project reports to forecast the yield of a project, which helps the management to make critical decisions. Composing Process: Prepare process guidelines to efficient flow of operations and make sure it is implemented.
