Playing cricket is one of my favourite hobbies and coaching has been a great avenue to develop transferable skills for any role. I have worked with several independent coaching companies ensuring the development of key motor skills for many cohorts of children. I have lead and assisted many training camps with the primary focus being to developing the younger generation. The most rewarding part of this journey so far is seeing the more challenged children develop the core skills of cricket after many hours of one to one coaching sessions and seeing the sense of accomplishment they have!
