I have been Involved in Calls with Client Product owner, regarding the Change management along with the Business Developers and Configurators to Implement the Change Request as pet user requirement. Having Experience with Agile and Scrum, including creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Requirement gathering, business process modeling, and creating user stories, sending broadcast communication to the stakeholders if there is any downtime or any critical impact in the application which affect the BAU work. Using SQL, Excel and data visualization tools. Problem-solving, data analysis, risk analysis, and gap analysis. Stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration. Conducting Planning meeting and technical refinement where all the user stories will be discussed about its efforts and deadline time for completing and testing in lower environment and deciding the sprint and Implementation date for the changes. Checking the Load test result before and after the change so that we can know the time and cost saving percentage.
