Dr. Mulla has over 34 years of transportation infrastructure experience in geotechnical, planning, design, construction, contracts, and research. Highly–motivated, enthusiastic and disciplined Professional Transportation Engineer with a proven record of accomplishment in leading new organizational wide initiatives from strategy to execution, to support the overall organization goals and objectives.
