Currently working as Consultant to provide administration and scheduling services to support batch environment for customers using BMC Control-M product and leverage customers across the enterprise.• Leading team of 15 of Control-M scheduler and admin members along with managing Logic Monitor team of 5 members.• Conceptualize, Plan, Design, Automate, Transition and Deliver managed Services for signed contracts.• Lead in the technology selection and team build efforts.• Responsible for SLAs, revenue maximization with the program.• Experience in Data center and cloud operations, Workload Automation and Infrastructure Management.• Maintain license and billing of Batch workload automation products.• Responsible for conducting POC’s using batch workload automation products.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES• Expertise in Control-M scheduling and administration.• Designing solution for new client and upgrading environment and infrastructure. • Performing POCs for various workload Automation products.• Expertise in configuring self-service to eliminate manual tasks. • Hands on experience in conversion of jobs from one scheduling tool to Control M.• Expertise in setting up HA, failover and DR capabilities.• Hands on experience in complete Migration of Control M/EM from one version to another(6.4-7.0,7.0-8.0,8.0-9.0, 9.0-9.0.19, 9.0.19, 9.0.20, 9.0.21 )• Installation/Up gradation of Control M Server, EM Server, Agents on Windows and UNIX boxes.• Installation of additional plugins like SAP, Informatica, DB, PeopleSoft etc.• Installation of Control M/EM components • Upgrade infrastructure with latest fix packs and patches.• Mirroring and Failover configuration for batch workload automation products.• Set up of DR for batch scheduling tools.• Database migration of batch scheduling products.• Migration of Jobs from one scheduling product to another
