Customers Query Handling and Issue Resolving (Emails & Statement of Accounts). Responsible for Auditing and maintaining the tracker which includes the invoices received through Emails. Creation and modifying the vendors in SAP based on the VTR and W9 forms provided by the vendors in CRUS portal. Resolving the queries raised by Business units over calls and E-mails.
