Support the development, implementation and maintenance of remuneration, benefits, grading, policies, strategies, standards and practices• Supporting the Streamlined Variable Pay model and the Fixed Pay model.• Supporting EMEA countries with regards to the Annual Pay Review• Undertaking statistical analysis on Gender Pay Gap• Support the Annual Reward Review process (base pay, bonus and share awards) including the provision of reward and budget information, undertaking statistical analysis and modeling and supporting the development of effective communications material.• Support the development, management and communication of key compensation initiatives• Assist in the development and management of measurement mechanisms to evaluate the success of reward policy• Develop and maintain knowledge of key market sector/s by providing up to date market intelligence, internal and external benchmarking to support development and or modification of Reward initiatives.• Design, build and maintain databases to support the activities of the Reward team particularly in relation to market data, modeling of reward structures, fixed and variable pay arrangements.• Provide input and ideas on all elements of reward including pay, benefits, shares and cash bonuses.• Work closely with the Reward Managers to fully understand current and future business challenges, and ensure the delivery of Reward initiatives.• Support relationships with HR specialists and HR Service Delivery Reward Team.• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements and keep line manager and colleagues informed of relevant activities, developments and issues.
