Creation of work breakdown structure (WBS) using MS Project Creating detailed master schedules i.e, L1, L2, L3, includes pre-construction, civil & interior and MEP activities to the handover and complete closure Maintaining baseline as per contract and incorporating it in revised schedule Maintaining delay logs to incorporate in delay analysis Project progress reporting and monitoring through MS project Tracking of cost and making cash flow of the site capex Identifying risk and delays, and developing counter strategies Highlighting critical path and generating CPM reports Preparing weekly project progress report PPR which includes critical issues, status of last MOM, submittal logs, trackers, before & after progress photos, delay logs and updated master schedule to present in weekly OAC meeting Leading weekly OAC meeting and preparing minutes of meetings i.e, MOM Pre-construction activities i.e, submitting technical data sheets (TDS) as per BOQ specifications Project kickoff meetings during site visits with consultants, architects and subcontractors if needed Keeping track of landlord scope of work for timely take over of site from LL Site dilapidation reports at the time of handover from landlord Keeping track of long lead C&I and MEP procurement items Keeping track of C&I and MEP shop drawings submittals and timely approvals Preparing baseline vs current schedule with variance trend vs baseline, total float and % of completion and remaining duration
