10+ years in a management role within the world’s most recognized vehicle rental agency Enterprise Mobility. I’ve had the privilege of working at numerous locations in Atlantic Canada, some of the milestones achieved along the way include boosting profitability, recruiting/retaining talent, coaching staff, contributing to the business growth, and providing top tier client relationship management. My experience with Enterprise Holdings enabled me to create nothing short of an excellent team dynamic, through clear processes in place, setting goals, providing the tools needed to succeed, working hard, and rewarding the hard work. I take pride in always raising my hand up for challenging tasks that others shy away from, motivating my co-workers for peak performance, and my ability to mold into any environment I am placed in. Three things I love the most is to gain knowledge whether academically or in a work setting, creating treasurable memories with business partners/co-workers, and to volunteer in anyway I can. Anything I can do to strengthen a community wether it is a local community that encompasses me or a neighbouring community, i’ll be there to help.
