Senior Process Associate – Accounts ReceivableRoles & Responsibilities:Invoice & Billing Management: Generate, validate, and post customer invoices in SAP, ensuring compliance with contracts, tax laws, and internal policies. Manage recurring and ad-hoc billing cycles efficiently.Cash Application & Payment Posting: Use HighRadius to match incoming payments with invoices, reconcile unapplied/unidentified receipts, and post payments, adjustments, and write-offs accurately in SAP.Collections & Credit Control: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up for overdue payments, review aging reports, and work to reduce DSO. Coordinate with the credit control team on account holds and releases.Dispute & Deduction Management: Record, track, and resolve disputes or short payments in HighRadius. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and billing teams for quick dispute resolution and maintain documentation.Reporting & Dashboard Management: Create daily/weekly/monthly Excel dashboards showing AR aging, DSO trends, and collection efficiency. Provide insights through pivot tables, charts, and macros to support management decisions.Reconciliation & Audit Support: Reconcile customer accounts, ensure ledger accuracy in SAP, and support internal/external audits with AR data and documentation per compliance standards.Process Improvement & Automation: Utilize HighRadius automation to enhance AR efficiency, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
