This process directly stabilized the Accounts Receivable and Payable (AR/AP) ledgers.Leveraging my BCA background, I executed a Process Migration by replacing the un-standardized, high-risk Excel-based invoicing with a compliant, standardized system. This included recording and updating a 3-year backlog of all Sales and Purchase Invoices (20••••25) into the system, which rectified historical AR/AP discrepancies.This comprehensive cleanup ensured 100% audit readiness, provided full financial transparency to management, and allowed for accurate Route Profitability Analysis (utilizing my MBA skills) crucial for strategic decision-making.With a background in Commerce and Computer Applications, I bring a rare blend of analytical skills, technological adaptability, and business acumen to optimize processes and drive performance.
