I work on end-to-end learning solutions—understanding requirements, planning content, designing materials, and ensuring the learning meets both user and business needs.Alongside content creation, I focus on measuring learning impact. I support survey rollouts, improve reporting processes, and help the team track and analyse results to continuously improve training outcomes.I also contribute to streamlining operational and administrative tasks by introducing simple automation wherever possible.
