   Vendor Relations: Understanding Vendor disputes on payments and Shortages and responding vendor with resolutions. Work with vendor set up team, disbursement team and warehouses for appropriate disputes Process payments for discount disputes based on VPA and POD research. Match invoices in system for unmatched invoices and create debit memos for the shortages Work with buyers on price disputes and make decisions to pay or deny the claim. Work on vendor Statements and provide payment status and provide appropriate comments for shortages Update all the returns processed in Return database and evaluate the Monthly returns processed. This is one of the major dates discussed in Governance meeting on every month. Ensure Ticket resolutions are provided to vendor on a timely manner to meet the SLA and avoid escalations. Maintain minimum Backlog during month ends for a smooth closure of accounts every month. Daily allocation to team and ensures allocations is completed on a timely manner. Making decisions on vendor disputes for short payment by contacting Warehouses and other internal departments. Conducting team huddle regularly.
