Extensive years of experience in production, manufacturing, operation, Quality Control and Quality Assurance• Performed line clearances of the Manufacturing machines to SOP and GMPs and report findings, documented/verifiedinspection results on appropriate in process sheets and record inspection results in the operational computer system,reviewed manufacturing production order traceability in the manufacturing operational computer system to ensureproper components, BOM configuration and quantities issued• Verify that reworked material conforms to requirements; maintained all records as directed by GMP; review of bulkliquids batch sheets, login of samples in LIMS• Work from blueprints, assembly drawings, assembly routing sheets, wire lists, verbal instructions and process and milspecs, perform general assembly operations including printed wire board assembly, conformal coating, potting,ultrasonic cleaning, coil winding, evacuation and backfill, component forming, wire wrapping and painting as requiredby program or process.
