In SRS-Global Petro Storage (GPS) Petroleum Tankage Storage Terminal Construction Project at (Hamriya Free Zone) Sharjah• Conducted and completed incident investigations and reports.• Facilitated support and wrote permits for confined space entry.• Conducted pre-job briefings for all work evolution regarding environmental conditions and• safety requirement• Oversee all projects to ensure that all activities are field compliant.• Supervise all safety personnel while on turn around /plant outage• Conducted new employee orientation, fire watch training, confined space training and any other• training specific to the needs of the sites.• Extensive knowledge in the field allowing me to recognize known and unknown hazards, and• mitigating the found hazards to help provide a more safe and healthful environment for our• employees.• Knowledge of company HSE programs, policies, procedures and processes, as well as familiarity• with applicable regulatory requirements.• Attends the monthly Contractor Safety meeting• Provide safety leadership coaching and mentoring to operations and contractor leaders to drive• safety culture improvement.• Implemented Tool box Talks, JSA procedures and the Think Incident Free program that included• audits of company operated properties
