Provide strategic planning, policy advice, and support to executive-level management and staff at large regarding international affairs, policy interpretation, and international negotiations. Serve as a key member/liaison/representative in meetings of governing bodies and relevant technical/regional/international committees and contribute to discussion and formulation of recommendations on organization-wide policy issues. Throughout my career, I have been involved in formulating climate change polices, developing future policy roadmaps, and making strategic decisions. I was at the helm of the affairs to establish multidisciplinary cargo safety group, develop the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) and its SARPs, successfully insert the Lower Carbon Aviation Fuel (LCAF) to ICAO, and deliver the the final report of the Long Term Aspirational Goal-Task Group (LTAG-TG).
