Secured & Unsecured Collections- Axis Bank.•Responsible to handle the Collections & recoveries for the portfolio size of USD 100 million for Secured and Unsecured loans and enhance the credit quality by reducing the Net Risk.•Ensure maximum recovery from the assigned delinquent accounts and reduce the Net Risk onProvisioned accounts to improve the credit quality.•Undertaking negotiations with clients, banks and external legal counsel to develop recommendations to restructure facilities so as to improve the NPL ratio through identification and implementation of solutions to achieve the highest recovery rates.•Prepare settlement plans to be submitted through Line Manager to the Head of the department with complete details of case, starting from reason of delinquency and ending with best recommended solution.•Follow-up with customers on all post disbursement documents & issues, outstandings and regularise dues/overdue.•Review financials, cash flow projection and other source of income, perform appropriate analysis and negotiate any proposed changes for overdue accounts and recommend solutions to ensure betterresolutions.•Review the collection strategy regularly and provide suggestions/improvement plans to ensure that the collection techniques employed are in line with legal and economic dynamics of the market.•Remain in constant touch with law enforcement agencies and external lawyers and keep the unitupdated on any changes anticipated in legal scenario of the country.•Taking accountability for own development and support learning & growth of all team members in department by rolling out specific training and skill enhancement programs.•Conduct site visit on customer’s business and securities mortgaged and prepare call/visit report.•Close co-ordination with regulators, auditors and other stakeholders to furnish the requireddocuments and data.•Revert on IAD query in relation to Credit policy and existing sourcing modules.
