I’ve always been curious about what makes people and organizations work. Why some teams thrive, some struggle, and how structure, leadership, and purpose shape outcomes. That curiosity eventually led me to consulting, where I now work at Aon Human Capital Solutions, helping technology and product firms design talent, rewards, and organization strategies that actually move the needle.Before consulting, I explored different sides of business. From building go-to-market strategies at Wondrlab, a Mar-Tech agency, to leading teams and mentoring peers in college. Founding Outreach, a mentor-mentee program for 200+ students, was one of those moments that changed how I saw leadership not as authority, but as creating clarity for others.What drives me today is the intersection of people, data, and design and how thoughtful structures can empower creativity, and how analytics can reveal the human story behind numbers. Whether it’s solving a client problem, mentoring someone early in their journey, or just learning something new about how work is evolving with AI, I’m always looking for better ways to connect insight with impact.
