Responsible to oversee Risk Practice in SAS US & Canada and project delivery to ensure project success. I am engaged in proposal development and implementation of Risk solution within SAS US & Canada. My focus areas:• Work directly with Senior Executive Leadership within SAS to identify/overcome any challenges (internal/external) to ensure successful project implementation and project success• Implement resource management strategies to staff and assign resources across multiple projects• Accountable for successful project delivery for multiple projects, provide technical oversight and guidance on multiple projects • Mentor and manage multiple individuals (7 direct reports and other individuals on project teams) to ensure we help grow talent pool and retain top performers• Member of Risk Core Collaboration team for SAS US & Canada and work along Sales, Presales, RQS, Product Management, R&D and Hosting teams. • Responsible in creating implementation approach, estimates and involvement in contract negotiations• Work with Product Management on enablement plan, help outline curriculum for SAS Professional Services consultants and Partner resources• Work with R&D and RQS to help create migration utilities that will help implementation teams when modernizing SAS 9.4 to SAS Viya Solution• Work with senior resources to help harvest and share project reusable assets and artifacts• Manage teams across US and Canada and engage with other regional leaders to collaborate and share learnings• Work with Professional Services Division leadership in aligning with department and organization goals
