Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients by proactively managing ongoing relationships and interfacing with sales regularly.• Identify and solicit potential clients by tracking and following up on open quotes to maximize conversion to orders.• Assess clients\' needs, recommend appropriate lighting and lighting control solutions, and negotiate prices or other sales terms.• Estimate costs for supplying lighting and lighting control equipment, working closely with the order management group to price project changes and adders.• Prepare and administer sales quotes, maintaining accurate customer records and collaborating internally to fulfill and complete the order cycle.• Coordinate with customer and post sales team to resolve problems and provide ongoing support, identifying potential roadblocks to order fulfillment and providing solutions.• Develop and maintain technical product knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about our products and services.• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Product Groups, Focus Factories, Quotes Managers, Distributors to provide comprehensive solutions and support.
