Responsibilities:_Design of transport and distribution FTTH networks (Transport route, Distribution route, SRO back-zone segmentation, Cable back-zone segmentation, and PBO back-zone segmentation)._Engineering revisions to address field feedback._FTTH network optimization._Team management and task allocation._Preparation of client attachments._Project planning management, including defining key milestones and deadlines to ensure successful delivery._Coordination with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are satisfied._Preparation and presentation of project progress reports and performance tracking._Proposing solutions to improve work reliability and performance._Proficiency in Orange Business’s France OWF platform._Execution of Orange access orders._Analysis of field surveys and aerial support load calculations on CAP-FT and COMAC._Creation of work binders (Diagrams, Route plans, Splicing plans for trays and boxes, Pulling plans, and Installation plans to initiate FTTH network deployment)._Preparation of after deployment documentation (DFT).
