ABOUT MOHAMMED SALEM

Data analytics and insights is my passion! I am a data oriented, goal driven and researcher individual who holds a master degree from University of Toronto majoring in mechanical & industrial engineering with specialization in data science and analytics. I offer +1 years of experience in the field of data science and applied machine learning. As a recent graduate student, I have always enjoyed researching, diving into tiny details and perform analysis before making any decisions. I enjoy the process of support decisions and extract meaningful information from different data sources (structure and unstructured datasets) to power more informed data driven business decisions. Thus, I like being a data science consultant within business intelligence analytics team where I can embed machine learning techniques to discover business opportunities. For the past year, I have been acquiring proficiency in building predictive models, business intelligence tools and learning about managing key data requirements. Coming from an Engineering background, I enjoy being challenged to solve complex problems, think outside the box and asking a lot of questions (WHYS? and HOWS?)
