Business Analyst – ERP Implementation Project | Skechers UK • Support the evaluation and selection of a fit-for-purpose ERP solution, aligning with Skechers strategic and operational objectives. • Conduct in-depth research and comparative analysis of ERP systems to develop a robust business case for senior stakeholders. • Lead the documentation and analysis of current (“as-is”) business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. • Design future-state (“to-be”) process maps, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and ERP capabilities. • Create detailed wireframes and process flow diagrams to support system design and user experience planning. • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to elicit requirements, validate process models, and ensure alignment across business units.
