Reviewing MEP Submittals and submitting RFI. Wrote scopes for various subcontractors along with buy out and issuing contracts to subcontractors. Reviewed drawings for changes per different change directives. Weekly meetings with engineers to resolve RFI and submittal queries. Maintaining weekly OFCI Procurement/Submittal log. Weekly meetings with client to resolve OFCI issues. Project Engineer (Mission Critical/ Data Centers)(09/2024 - 03/2025): Responsible for schedule creation/coordination of a 3 million dollar scope addition. Reviewed submittals and RFI and conducted review meetings with Engineers on Record. Worked on Punchlist issue resolution, hence also leading to Zero Defects turnovers. Responsible for Closeout documentation submission to client. Conducting weekly milestone walks with clients.
