   Experience in SOC engineer and assist users located globally by supporting Firewalls, more than 50 F5 Load Balancer devices. Worked on different security products like Palo Alto, FortiGate, & F5 LB devices. Configuring and troubleshooting related to Interfaces, Zones, IPv4 Policies, NAT, Security Profiles, IPSec Or SSL Tunnel, SD-WAN, SSL decryption, Reporting / Logging. Implement firewall rules and configuration based on user request with change management process. Take ownership of incidents related to firewall. Assist the user and fix the issue within SLA. Join the P1/P2 incident with MIM team and provide support with RCA. Planning & Performing the DR activity proactively to eliminate any potential impact during any crisis situations. On F5 Load Balancer (LTM)- Create Pool Member, Pools, VIP’s, Client / Server SSL Profile, Certificate Part, irule based on the requirements of Customer. Periodically planning to perform the HA failover testing as a proactive manner to avoid any potential issue during any failure of Hardware device. Experience in upgrade firmware for security devices like Palo Alto & Fortinet Products. Coordinating along with multiple teams, respective Vendor / OEM based on issues to get quicker resolution. Experience in operating in ITIL framework.
