Part of Toronto Hydro\'s rotational EIT program. Primarily accountable for liasing with internal and external stakeholders to manage power systems construction projects (All phases - Design, Construction, Close-out) from scope to execution.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities/Accomplishments Include:\\\\n\\\\n• Ensure projects adhere to their respective timelines by reaching key milestones like design attainment, construction attainment and material procurement orders. Supported a total of 28 design attainments and 26 construction attainments totalling to $10.6M and $7.9M respectively in the year of 2022\\\\n\\\\n• Assisted in the close out of capital construction projects ISA\'d at $31.77M for my department by completing project true ups, accruals, final billing calculations and other accounts. Independently executed $2.54M out of $31.77M of Capital projects, went above and beyond by working multiple overtime shifts to maintain TECO deadlines\\\\n\\\\n• Attending/Hosted weekly meetings with contractors and auditors to review design, customer concerns, city cut permits and various contingencies related to the project\\\\n\\\\n• Processed all labour and design billings on schedule to ensure departmental CAPEX plans were met by effectively tracking billings and interacting with respective contractors. Resolved issues regarding billing in a professional timely manner.\\\\n\\\\n• Created TCSAO and scope assignment forms for contractors using information gathered from various sources such as project documentation, schematics and program files. Completed a total of 56 project scope assignments in the year of 2022.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
