alhamdulillah I had more than 9 years of experience in method development previously worked with Lupin Limited Pune (LRP). Ability to Develop high-quality methods (Dissolution Assay RS) in less time with fewer injections.had more experience in RS method development and validation specially in proper selection of column for method development. currently following my job responsibilities 1.To Perform Analytical method development for various dosage forms of Formulation products with proper documentation and prepared analytical test procedures for Assay dissolution related substances based on product requirements as per SOP. 2.To Conduct literature survey and prepared details related to column impurities standards and chemicals requirements. 3.To Perform routine sample analysis as well as stability sample analysis with proper data compilation. 3.To Perform instruments calibration as per respective SOP daily balance verification Daily pH meter calibration HPLC calibration and Dissolution Calibration. 4.To perform Forced degradation study / Mass balance 5.Knowledge about regulatory guidelines and requirements. 6.Knowledge about the handling of analytical instruments like HPLC,Dissolution,UV and Kf. 7.Work with Program managers, the project teams and clients in clarifying project goals and executing them. 8.Preparation of Method development reports and method Validation protocols, reports. 9.Having experience in analysis In-Process (IP) and Finished product (FP) and stability samples analysis. 10.To develop the cost effective analytical methods for the drug products to be filed with different regulatory markets. 11.To perform the analytical method validations according to the current ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements in stricter GLP compliant laboratory. 12.Analytical method verification and method equivalence, drug compatibility studies of different drug product. 13.Responsible for Routine analysis, Dissolution study, Assay and C.U of Tablet. 14.Guide analysts for daily work and Inform group leader about the progress or completion of the assigned activity
