ABOUT MOHAMMED ALTAMIMI

From humble beginnings to a self-made Professional in various industries including information technology, automotive, logistics, distribution, FMCG, and agriculture. Mohammed continues to set standards of excellence while expanding his interests in fresh produce and FMCG, this includes branding, private labelling, sourcing, marketing, sales, operations, management, consulting, etc. Mohammed is a dynamic business leader with over twelve years of experience, most recently served as an Operations Director at Techagro, the agricultural and food division of TECH GROUP. Mohammed is a result-driven specialist in fresh produce postharvest, technical operations, and commercial aspects of the business. During his career the companies he has worked for and their subsidiaries, have operated in: Jordan, Kuwait, UAE, KSA, USA, Canada, and have sold fresh produce to: Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, and the UAE. Mohammed is experienced in many farming operations, from preparing the crop plan to supplying fresh produce, while also fulfilling the market requirements. Mohammed has managed high volumes of fresh produce from over 20 farmers in different locations. Mohammed have much experience designing and overseeing the building of new sites, as well as modernization of existing sites and facilities. This has included packhouses, building fully controlled greenhouses, irrigation/fertigation systems, and the procurement of all its requirements. Mohammed is highly experienced in leading a company to achieve the highest safety standards, where the facilities are certified with, Global Gap, Abu Dhabi Gap, ISO and HACCP. With teamwork and a pioneering mind set Mohammed managed to achieve record breaking business results, while developing successful business partnerships and collaboration.
