In my role as Head of Operational Excellence, I serve as a bridge between strategic goals and operational execution, ensuring departments align with business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I own and deliver communication across the business to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with our strategic initiatives, operational adjustments, and improvement efforts. By supporting departments in enhancing efficiencies, implementing optimised processes, and guiding key projects, I help drive sustainable performance improvements throughout the organisation- Process Analysis and Optimisation: Working with departments to identify areas of inefficiency and introduce workflow improvements, enhancing both productivity and operational effectiveness across the organisation- Operational Integration and Change Management: Reviewing and redesigning existing procedures, creating tailored approaches, and leading the smooth implementation of new processes to ensure measurable and sustainable improvements in performance- Cross-Functional Project Management: Providing critical support on key business initiatives, particularly those related to new system deployments, by guiding teams through adoption, ensuring engagement, and driving project success- Post-Acquisition Operational Alignment: Leading the integration of HML into Medigold by overseeing the alignment of operational standards, supporting knowledge transfer, and unifying processes across both entities for seamless operational synergy- Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Owning and delivering clear, strategic communication across the business and externally stakeholders to ensure all levels are informed and aligned. This includes updating on process improvements, integration efforts, and project progress, fostering transparency, and promoting a shared understanding of operational goals and changes.
