Responsible for delivering daily on-site IT support across a diverse portfolio of high-street retail clients including Lidl, McDonald’s, Paddy Power, Costa Coffee, Specsavers, River Island, Superdrug, and more.Key responsibilities include: • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on EPOS systems, printers, tablets, back-office PCs, and related peripherals • Performing hardware swaps, device imaging, base unit replacements, and network port testing • Troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring seamless communication between tills and store servers • Working within store comms cabinets, gaining hands-on experience with switches, patch panels, and basic networking infrastructure • Collaborating with remote technical teams to ensure efficient deployments, post-repair testing, and minimal downtime
