ABOUT MOHAMMED AL TAHA

Accomplished telecom professional with solid engineering education background and proven record of expertise in design and construction of GPON networks with leading companies in Canada like TELUS, Telecon, and Xplore. Project management experience managing multiple design and build projects in various jurisdictions.I am always striving to bring 100% to the work I do, and my goal as a project manager is to build strong, long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and take pride in ensuring that placement are strong match for all parties. Currently, I am responsible for fixed wireless Design Build projects for which include but not limited to FTTx, Marco Towers and Small Cells in Eastern Canada- Oversee day to day project level client communication, including workload distribution and scheduling of site visits- Monitor project progress via applicable trackers as well as preplan the equipment and/or labor required- Request, coordinate, track and issue utility locates for construction teams- Organize and oversee construction packages to be issued to the field- Perform take-offs, interpret design drawing, complete job walk-outs, and develop work breakdowns- Identify conflicts with existing outside plant facilities and select routing of lines and troubleshoot as necessary; escalate matters of concern to local management- Review and inspect damages and furnish appropriate reports/documentation to Risk and Safety- Other duties as assigned
