Responsible for developing 2D Drawings using MicroStation/AutoCAD & 3D Model using PDS & other 3D software, Conceptual & Detail Engineering Drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for Buildings & Industrial projects for Concrete & Steel Structures such as Buildings, Substations, Pipe Racks, Pipe Bridges, pipe support,(Equipment foundations: Storage Tanks, Compressors, Transformers, Vessels, Stacks, Exchangers, Pumps) Duct banks, Underground fuel tanks Overhead & Underground water tanks Clarifiers, Septic Tanks & Metering Stations Effluent Pump stations Mat & raft foundations Transmission tower foundation etc. as per the Client applicable & International Standards, in co-ordination with other disciplines for following projects :Key Projects Completed:Worked on Jazan Refinery Industrial support facilities.(72) different types of Concrete & Steel structures.(Client Saudi Aramco).Worked on Pipe Racks, Pipe Bridges, Substations & Equipment foundations using PDS & MicroStation for Jubail Bulk Plant (Client Saudi Aramco).Worked on Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) which is built in Red Sea Refinery (Yanbu Export refinery) on Steel Structures using PDS & MicroStation (Client Saudi Aramco).Worked on Process Building, Pipe Racks, Pipe Bridges Storage Tanks & etc. using PDS & AutoCAD for PCA BIO LAB ARABIA LTD, Jubail.Worked on Replace Electrical Equipment at Southern Area GOSP’s. 11 Substation Building & other structures.(Client Saudi Aramco).Worked on Shaybah Crude Oil Stabilization for Concrete & Steel structures at Abqaiq Plants (Client Saudi Aramco).Worked on Upgrade Gas Compression Plant Power Distribution, Concrete structures at Tanajib Plants.(Client Saudi Aramco).Worked on Bulk Plant for Concrete & Steel structures at North Jeddah & Tabuk.(Client Saudi Aramco).Worked on Industrial Security Upgrade (10 Sites), Al Jouf – Turaif – Tabuk – Duba - North Jeddah - South Jeddah – Abha – Jazan - Sullayyil Bulk Plants & Riyadh Tank Farm.
