Ensure that the clients requirements are correctly interpreted and taken account of up to completion of the M&E design whilst having regard to the companys contract sum.• Cooperate with the Engineering department for discussing design changes in construction to provide technical solutions.• Timely awarding of the contract and mobilization of contractors on site.• All Technical support for Managing MEP related approval in the Project.• Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to the owner/ End user. • Supervise MEP works at all the Projects using the relevant site teams.• Implement/ follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following project QA/QC manual.• Oversee procurement of engineering system / Attending Pre- Bid meetings of the vendors and do the PQ for the vendors and provide expert advice to the Procurement team for assigning the contracts to a suitable vendor.• Review and apply Testing and commissioning program and process (with CML).• Oversee and enforce the implementation of HSE by MEP contractors.• Oversee the process of handover from vendors to internal teams & ensure that adequate training is imparted to run and maintain the system.• Cooperate and coordinate with the other disciplines for securing the integration of working activities.• Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in cost analysis.
