Currently working in QNCC(AMLAK) one of most renowned convention centre and exhibitions in Middle East’s Leading Exhibition & Convention Centre by World Travel Awards 2012 Best Convention Centre in Middle East by MICE Report Awards 2012Responsibilities includes - Fully support to Engineering Department(BS) in terms of delivery the events with close coordination with several departments. Managing all the contracts-AMC/agreements with evaluation and tracking out the same as per the SLA. Collate and manage all information required from the service order and internal/external clients departments for the event delivery through ARCHIBUS and EBMS software.Prepare PR/PO for approval by the Building Service Manager for all materials consumables,coordinate with different supplier for spares/equipment required by Building Services Department Maintain appropriate par level for all stock and all consumable items. Develop and maintain an efficient and effective inventory process and procedureMaintain all Building Services documents / SOP / Guidelines are filed efficiently and effectively for ease of retrieval and reference.Implement and ensure the sign in and out items are fully monitored and controlled.Ensure the equipment conditions follows the health and safety policy and procedure.Aware of, and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in order to achieve a quality service.Report any damage to property or equipment promptly, ensuring correct procedures are followed.Carry out all activities in accordance with the requirements of the QNCC management and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
