At HPI, I architected an advanced Knowledge GPT platform leveraging hybrid (BM25 + kNN) search and Generative AI to deliver Knowledge-as-a-Service (KaaS). At Shell, I served as AI Strategy Lead, guiding a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists in building chatbot-driven knowledge assistants, SOP generators, and Agentic AI Agents to automate enterprise workflows.
