ABOUT MOHAMMAD RAWAT
I am a qualified teacher, experienced leadership and executive coach with over 17 years’ experience working across education, governance, digital strategy and leadership development.My career spans classroom teaching and leadership in SEND and mainstream settings, educational IT consultancy, and trust-level governance. I currently serve as a Co-Opted Governor at a large 11-18 School and Further Education College and an Academy Councillor within a multi-academy trust, supporting strategic direction, safeguarding, accountability and school improvement.Alongside this, I am Director of School Partnerships at MIS Data Solutions, where I work with schools and multi-academy trusts to translate complex MIS data into clear, actionable insight through Power BI dashboards and data consultancy. My role focuses on partnership-building, adoption, and ensuring data solutions genuinely support decision-making, safeguarding and outcomes.I am also Director of Coaching in Education, leading coaching and leadership development programmes for teachers, school leaders, students, professionals and organisations.I hold an MA in Educational Leadership, QTS, and a BSc in Information Management & Business Studies, and I am an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach. I am passionate about helping education systems work better for the people within them, through clarity, insight and strong leadership.
