With over 20 years in the software and IT industry, I currently serve as a Senior Manager (People Leader) in Software Development & Engineering at Charles Schwab. My work emphasizes team management, site reliability engineering, and process improvement. I have collaborated with stakeholders to design enterprise-wide processes, facilitate communication between teams, plan and execute large-scale cross-department projects, and implement automation solutions using AI to enhance operational efficiency.
