Mohammad Abrar is a seasoned PLM/EAM consultant with almost 33 years of industry experience. He started his career as Management Trainee in a CEO office of an Automobile company, where he got his initial exposure to a variety of technical/ operational/ production/ marketing/ maintenance related problems that are dealt at the CEO level. That encouraged him to take up ERP consulting assignments using SAP software as a platform. From the beginning, he got interested in developing a holistic and integrated solution based on thorough understanding of how each functional area interacts with other functional areas. He endeavors to deliver best practice solution that is robust and meets customer’s specific/special requirements. In the recent past, he has spent more time in developing solutions for Utility/Energy industry in SAP EAM area, but during his career, he has worked with a variety of industries such as Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Electronics, Engg and Construction in various geographical locations from USA, Saudi Arabia, and Argentina. During his career, he worked for big consulting companies/SAP America as a contractor and also for Medium size companies. He has worked from the client side as well as from the solution delivery team side. He is a team player and he has also demonstrated the capacity to lead the project teams through successful implementations. He has handled one of biggest SAP EAM implementation for a Utility company in Saudi Arabia as a Project Manager. His focus has been in assisting the customer in developing a solution that meets their requirement within the SAP framework. He is detailed oriented and works with ease in any complex implementations.
