Taking on Team Leadership and more responsibility-Maintain accurate stock levels across multiple departments, ensuring zero critical stockouts-Raise and monitor purchase orders, resolve backorders, and build effective relationships with suppliers, reps and procurement teams to secure timely deliveries-Coordinate receipt and distribution of goods across wards and theatres, streamlining processes to improve delivery accuracy and efficiency-Respond to urgent clinical requests and shortages, demonstrating adaptability, quick decision-making, and prioritisation in high-pressure environments-Cover responsibilities across multiple sites, showing flexibility and the ability to coordinate workload effectively-Contribute to cost-saving and sustainability initiatives by improving stock rotation, reducing waste, and implementing more efficient replenishment practices.
