Deployed 500+ linguists *Full life cycle recruiting for INDOPACOM, United State Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), NSA, FBI, CIA, NCIS, US Dept of State, ISAF/NATO, Austrlian Defense Force (Special Ops), UK (Special Ops) & other \"special projects\", to include: sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, submitting resumes to Managers, coordinating interviews, etc.*Identifying, qualifying, and closing candidates through the use of my own database, Internet sites, monster, indeed, clearancejobs, white pages, linkedin and referrals.*Build and maintained pipeline of linguists in different stages of the process, used personal connections to get referrals.*Consistently exceed staffing quotas and aggressive recruiting goals.* Deltek Talent Management, ACT, CITRIX applicants tracking system *Submit candidates for criminal/credit check-Hireright*Schedule lang tests, Travel etc*Work in support to the FSO with JPAS and E-Qip to support Security Clearance needs (all levels) for several different positions and requirements.*Coordinate National Agency Check (NAC).*Organized and participate in Career fairs, concerts in Conus & Oconus locations *170 hours of intensive recruiting/sales training.
