Monitor Training and Development needs of sailing staff through Performance analysis- Timely submission of appraisal summary reports- Identifying promotional requirements and providing feedback regarding performance and career development- Recognizing performance and training gaps of sailing staff and address it to concerned departments- Ensure all performance related communication with stakeholders is transparent and visible and where possible maintained in System- Identify career development process deficiencies and dysfunctionalities of the system and make recommendations for improvement.
