Carry out the supplier audits during vendor selection procedure and periodically when required.Review of supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement to get right quality and minimize the rejection. Prepare, Approve Regularize and maintain QAP for process / Products as per projects & Approval from client or TPI.Preparation of CTQ parameter in the inspection and test plan for the equipment as per project requirement.Supplier’s WPS, PQR and WPQ review for Welder qualification as per project requirement.Reviewed/witness of Critical Dimensions, welding, NDT, PWHT, Coating, assembly and other specific test at supplier place as per procedure and project technical specification and analysis of deviations with proposed course for rectification.Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.Supplier’s performance monitoring, Improvement in supplier’s quality by mentoring and guidance to Suppliers quality engineer.Contribution in periodic internal audits of ISO 9001 and ensuring timely closure of NCs issued during internal & external audits.Participate with design & cross-functional teams for the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.New product validation as per product development drawing and technical sheet.Handling customer complaints, requirements ensuring fulfilment in specified time line.
