Ph.D. in Electrochemistry with 15 years of experience energy sector and nanomaterials development and characterization, along with 6 years of hands-on experience in typical lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) including electrode materials synthesis, electrode fabrication, battery manufacturing, testing and failure analysis. Industry experience in process development including slurry mixing, thin film processing, cell building & testing. A deep understanding of battery materials, electrode preparation, cell design, cell assembly.
