Interacting and dealing with the Students, Agents, Universities and Various Stakeholders.• Interacting and dealing with all the universities under the Shorelight Portfolio.• Coordinating with the students (Pre-Admission and Post Admission) related to i20 documentations and VISA interviews.• Preparing the students for VISA interviews.• Participating in education/university/Agents Fairs.• Working on Salesforce.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Sales teams. • Collaborate closely with the Admissions team and the partner universities to ensure smooth enrolment processes for international students, facilitating timely admission decisions and I-20 processing.• Stay informed about university admissions requirements, deadlines, and policies to provide accurate information to students, agents and various stakeholders.• Support the Admissions teams with enrolment challenges, investigating and solving for delays.• Execute efficient and streamlined processes for all stages of the enrolment process post-deposit (visa applications, securing accommodation, arranging transportation, attending pre-arrival orientation, etc.) with a strong focus on the conversion deposits to visa application.• Facilitating pre-arrival payments of tuition and other associated fees before departure.• Ensure students and their families complete and submit pre-arrival forms and documentation to campuses so campus teams can effectively manage the arrival process.• Track and analyze student progress on visa acquisition including applications, visa appointments embassy processing times and student interview feedback to continuously enhance and adapt visa preparation according to current trends and insights.• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and university stakeholders, highlighting pipeline and enrolment statistics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
