As a Safety Expert, assigned to the Greenfield Navi Mumbai International Airport Project to design, implement, communicate and coordinate Environment, Health and Safety programs to manage EHS for the entire project. This includes developing and providing technical and administrative direction on all EHS decisions.Navi Mumbai International Airport is planned to be developed within a land area of about 1150 hectares with a total project cost of approx. at INR crores, NMIA will have a total of two parallel runway systems. Airport facilities along with all supporting landside and air-side infrastructure must comply with ICAO Code 4F Airport Operations. A passenger terminal building of 20 MPPA capacity is planned in the initial phase with a final planned capacity of handling 90 MPPA with state-of-the-art infrastructure.
