I work in Data Governance because I genuinely like bringing order and clarity to things that often feel complicated and messy. Over the years, I have worked/helped Organizations understand their data better, where it comes from, who owns it, how reliable it is, and how it should be used responsibly.Most of my work involves building practical governance foundations like setting up data ownership, improving data quality, documenting metadata and lineage, and helping teams use tools like Collibra in a way that actually adds value. I enjoy breaking down complex data issues and working with people across the business to make sure everyone is aligned and confident in the data they use.For me, good Data Governance isn’t just policies and frameworks, it is all about helping people trust their data and make better decisions.
