Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from schedule, milestone, external vendor management, communications, resources, budget, risks and issues. Manage task assignments of internal staff and schedule and monitor adherence to procedures and standards. Ensure setting of priorities, problem resolution and manage change events and conditions into the project. Take leadership while managing complex project issues. Contributed to plan, develop & implementation of inventory management of Hardware & Software. Deliver project in accordance with technical specification to ensure user/customer satisfaction. Planned & Implemented 4G,5G sites in coordination with Ericsson, Cisco & Internal team.
